Refund Policy
All subscription fees are non-refundable. If you experience any technical issues, please contact support and we’ll work to resolve them.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel, go to Account → Subscription → Manage Plan → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle and you’ll receive an email confirmation.

Pause Subscription
To pause your subscription, go to Account → Subscription → Manage Plan → Pause Subscription, then select the pause duration. You can pause for up to 3 billing cycles.

Technical Issue Resolution
Submit a ticket via Help Center → Submit Ticket or email support@humn.audio with screenshots and device/browser details. Our team will respond within 24 hours (Mon–Fri, PT).

Account Recovery
Go to Account → Forgot Password, enter your email, and follow the link. If you don’t receive an email within 5 minutes, check spam or contact support.

Policy Changes Notification
We notify all customers via email 30 days before any policy changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
