Policies & Procedures

Subscription Management
You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time via your Account → Subscription page.

Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
Refunds 
All subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time via your Account → Subscription page; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. If you experience any technical issues, contact us and we’ll work with you to find a solution.
Technical Requirements
HUMN is optimized for modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). Ensure you have a stable internet connection for seamless streaming.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I reset my password?

Go to Account → Forgot Password, enter your email, and follow the link we send. If you don’t see the email, check your spam folder or contact support@humn.audio.

Can I download tracks for offline use?

Yes. Export up to three tracks per month as high-quality MP3s through the “My Tracks” page. Higher download limits are available on Pro and Creator plans.

How do I report a bug or suggest a feature?

Submit a ticket at help.humn.audio/submit-ticket or email feedback@humn.audio. We value your insights and often integrate community suggestions into future releases.

How can I cancel or pause my subscription?

Navigate to Account → Subscription, then click “Manage Plan.” Choose “Cancel Subscription” or “Pause Subscription.” Confirmation will be sent via email.

Do you offer team or enterprise plans?

Absolutely. For bulk licensing, custom integrations, or corporate wellness programs, email enterprise@humn.audio and our Sales team will craft a tailored package.

Is my personal data safe?

Why is my audio not playing smoothly?

  • Check your internet speed—streaming requires at least 5 Mbps.

  • Clear your browser cache and reload the page.

  • Try a different browser or device.
    If issues persist, reach out via live chat or email with a screenshot of any error message.

What payment methods do you accept?
